Whilst the Managing Agents cost should not be the first the first thing to consider when carrying out a tender for a new managing agent we at Kent Property Management are confident that we will be able to match your current management fee for sites based in Canterbury. 

Being based locally to your site we know a large range of local contractors and we will be able to manage your site more efficiently and proactively.


When tendering your management you need to decide what level of service you require. A few items to consider are:
  • How many site visits would be required by the property manager - we visit sites every month.
  • Do you require out of hours service in case of an emergency at the development - we provide this in our management fee.
  • Extra management costs - some management companies charge a low fee and then charge for extra items. We don't believe in this and the fee we quote is the fee we charge for instance we won't charge for sending out extra correspondence or for managing the section 20 consultation procedure.

If you have a valued, dependable contractor then we will respect your existing relations and can continue to use their services, however we will carry out a review of all contracts (such as insurance, cleaning, utilities etc) to ensure that you are not paying too much and the services you receive offer you value for money.
